Job Description Company Description Dental assistant M-Th 8am-5pm Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Assistant located in San Jose, CA. The Dental Assistant will support the dental team by preparing patients for procedures, assisting the dentist during treatments, managing sterilization and cleanliness of instruments and equipment, and providing patient education on oral hygiene. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient records, scheduling follow-up appointments, and ensuring a welcoming environment for patient care. Qualifications Knowledge of Dental Care, Dentistry, and Oral Care practices Proficiency in using sterilization techniques and procedures Experience or skills in Dental Assisting Ability to provide excellent patient care and education Strong organizational and multitasking skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) certification or equivalent is preferred Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus
