those we serve. Department/Unit Summary Provides direct patient
care using the nursing process in accordance with established scope
and standards of practice, including medication administration,
treatments, and assistance with activities of daily living.
Supervises nursing and support staff during assigned shifts to
ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Monitors, assesses, and
communicates patient conditions, responds promptly to changes in
status, and prioritizes care based on urgency. Collaborates with
interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, transfers, and
discharges, while addressing patients' psychosocial and spiritual
needs. Educates patients and families based on individual needs,
advocates for patients' physical and emotional well-being, and
reports to the Director or Manager of the Department. How you'll

$30,000 sign-on bonus - $1,000 grossed up housing allowance for a

should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's
degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements
include: - BLS and ACLS - PALS/ENPC are required within six months
