Critical Care Unit Nurses (CCU) care for patients suffering from severe, acute, and complex ailments or serious and traumatic injuries that require continuous and comprehensive monitoring and detailed intensive care. CCU nurses are trained to adhere to medications or therapies that have complex protocols and manage sophisticated medical equipment.
