Location Address: 4801 Beckner Road , Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507, United States of America Compensation Pay Range: Minimum Offer $: 40.8 Maximum Offer for this position is up to $: 54 Job Description: Summary of Major Duties: *Provides clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety and direction of unit staff in designated service area. *Ensures safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care of all patients in service area. Additional Job Description: Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire Experience: Minimum One year of nursing experience required Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required. *Additional Requirements based upon area of service *CDS Inpatient *Progressive and Critical Care Units: ACLS *Emergency Departments: ACLS, PALS *Pediatrics / PICU: PALS *Newborn Nursery / Mother-Baby Care / NICU: NRP *Family Birthing Center: NRP and Fetal Monitoring; permanent charge requires ACLS in addition to others *Pre-op / Operating Room / PACU: ACLS, PALS *Oncology Chemotherapy certification Academic Preparation: *Degree from accredited academic nursing program (If a program is under conditional status, approval may be granted by system CNO) *Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire Specialty Certifications: Specialty Certifications in area of practice preferred Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 0.9 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: 12 Hour Nights (United States of America) Summary: Under the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s).
