Job Description Seeking passionate *Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists* for a flexible, full- or part-time role in San Jose, CA, offering $90,000–$125,000/year. Provide 1:1 pediatric speech therapy in areas like language, articulation, feeding, and AAC. Conduct evaluations and develop play-based, individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including OTs and PTs. Mentor SLPAs and CFs, participate in leadership initiatives, and communicate with families. Enjoy flexible scheduling options, including traditional, split, or weekend shifts (with additional pay for Saturday sessions). Must be licensed in CA with CCC from ASHA; pediatric experience preferred, but new therapists are encouraged to apply.
