Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse
Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary and specialty
care in a Santa Fe-based integrative health practice. Conduct
physical exams and health assessments across all ages, managing
acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices. Order
diagnostic tests, administer medications, and utilize telehealth to
expand access. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for
discharge planning and post-acute care. Engage in clinical research
and quality improvement initiatives. Offer specialized services
such as pain management, occupational health, hospice, and dementia
care. Perform triage and utilize integrative medicine modalities
including supplements and homeopathy. Provide patient education on
nutrition, medication management, and health coaching.
Qualifications include current FNP licensure, experience in
integrative medicine, proficiency with coding, and strong
assessment skills. This part-time role offers competitive pay
