Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Long Term Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/24/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Rehab RN with at least one year of experience and a valid NM or compact RN license for a day shift inpatient rehabilitation unit. Responsibilities - Position is in an inpatient rehabilitation unit - Day shift schedule is available with options for 36 or 48 hours per week (4x12 hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:30) - Average patient ratio is 1:8 - Every other weekend coverage is required - Floating to like units within scope may be required as needed - EPIC charting experience is preferred - Responsibilities include providing patient-centered rehabilitation nursing care - First time travelers are welcome to apply - No travel pairs or groups accepted - Modules will be completed onsite during orientation, with average completion time for RN of 4-6 hours - No more than 3 days of requested time off will be auto approved; no time off is allowed during the first week of orientation Requirements - Active NM or compact RN license required at time of consideration - Minimum of one year RN experience in a relevant setting required - Current BLS certification required - Locals within a 50-mile radius are not accepted - Former permanent staff must be gone for at least one year before returning as a traveler Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-628993.
