Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87106!
Pay Information $2,660 per week About The Position Job Title: PACU
RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: PACU Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of
experience required Pediatric and level 1 trauma experience is
mandatory Charge experience is also required License: Pending
licenses accepted Certifications: BCLS ACLS PALS Must-Have:
Pediatric experience Charge experience Willingness to work charge
position Level 1 trauma and telemetry experience Description: MUST
have pediatric experience. No certifications from RQI are accepted.
Only 48-hour contracts are available. No local candidates are
accepted within a 75-mile radius. COVID vaccination is required,
with religious and medical exemptions accepted upon completion of a
COVID exemption form signed by a provider for medical requests.
Must be willing to work in a charge position. Ratios are 1:2 for
patient care. First-time travelers are accepted upon screening. One
weekend shift is required per month. On-call requirement includes
one overnight shift of 8 hours as per the schedule. Floating within
the scope to meet facility needs is expected, including to the
holding area in the PACU department. Nurse-to-patient ratios can
range from 1:3 to 1:5. Travelers should be ready to accommodate
requests as per facility needs. RTO restrictions apply; greater
than 7 days requires approval. The facility will not accept
marketing submissions. Ensure that the traveler has a valid
Driver’s License uploaded as this is a compliance requirement.
Documentation regarding transportation must be provided if a valid
Driver's License cannot be submitted. Drug screens are required and
must be completed within 30 days of starting. Any vacation time or
scheduling conflicts should be communicated prior to the
application. Modules completed during orientation are non-billable
and subject to time limits. Orientation lasts 8 hours and is
