Overview: -As a Physical Therapist and movement expert, you'll have the opportunity to improve patient quality of life through hands-on care, patient education, and prescribed movement. Our outpatient rehabilitation teams are collaborative and patient-focused. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of patients servedOversees and insures a comprehensive rehabilitation program designed to meet the physical, psychosocial, and immediate environmental well-being of the patientPromotes patient/caregiver self-determination by optimizing outside resource utilization to achieve the highest level of independence.Coordinates and communicates with various disciplines or services involved in patient care. Coordinates efforts toward discharge goals established at initial evaluation and during episode of care. Is a patient advocate.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Less than one year of experience in physical therapy.
