  Two (2) years' current experience required in specialty.
  -Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast paced environment.
  -Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment
  -HS Diploma or GED required..
  NM state PT Assistant license.
  -BLS certification required.
  -BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
  Required QualificationsPhysical Therapist Assistant, Acute
  Experience: 2 years
  Travel Experience: 1 assignment in General
  Licenses: PTA-NM
  Certifications(At least one of the following): BLS-AHA(Copy needed), BLS-American Safety and Health Institute(Copy needed), BLS-Red Cross(Copy needed)

  Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history
  References: 1 Reference in entire work history
