The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is hiring! We are currently looking for a compassionate and talented Director of Staff Development and Infection Control (RN or LPN), to join our Skilled Nursing team. In this role you will oversee onboarding of new healthcare employees, ensure training programs are in place and initiated, that our new team-members have what they need to be successful, as well as assist in the infection control program. Wages: $85,000 - $90,000 / year DOE & License Type About You:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university required
• Previous experience nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting required.
• Previous experience managing infection prevention program.
• Previous experience onboarding and orienting new staff.
• Previous experience educating or conducting in-services within a healthcare setting, SNF preferred. Working at the Neighborhood at Rio Rancho, you will enjoy the following benefits:
