Pay Rate: $20/hour

Responsibilities:

Contact members to inform and educate them on our medical management programs
Conduct research and perform data entry to support program operations
Respond to inquiries from members and provide assistance with provider and member activities
Support clinicians in the Medical Management department with their activities

Requirements:

1 year of college and 2 years of experience with automated systems, or 3 years of experience with automated systems
1 year of experience with managed care systems
Experience coordinating member needs, providing assistance to members, and analyzing member needs
Knowledge of medical terminology
PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
Customer service skills
Verbal and written communications skills, including developing written correspondence to members and other department personnel
Coaching skills to educate members on medical issues

Preferred Requirements:

College courses in computer science or the medical field
