Overview Rust Medical Center ICU is hiring a Charge MET RN. Charge MET RN provides critical care expertise to the patient and RN as requested. The MET RN needs to demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively coordinate patient care and function as the clinical expert utilizing the nursing process and consulting with the interdisciplinary team.
