Apply today and help us continue delivering exceptional care to those who need it most.Offering $5k Engagement Bonus + competitive hourly rate!We are looking for a compassionate and skilled nurse (RN or LPN) in Cuba, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence. Patient needs 24 hour care, we have day and night shifts available, they will be 12 hour shifts. PT and FT options are available.Benefits of working with Giving Home Health Care as a 1099:* Flexible scheduling, most of the schedules are worked out between the nurse and the patient.* Work/life balance* Option to start quickly* Competitive pay* Some work related expenses are tax write offsOffers are contingent upon passing a background check.#INDLICMinimum Qualifications:Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.Current CPR or BLS certificationTB test and physical examination.Maintain malpractice insurance coverage.Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move patients.Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to the patient's home.Ability to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end of life care.RN Hourly Rate: Up to $50 an hour, based on experience.LPN Hourly Rate: Up to $43 an hour, based on experience.+ Engagement Bonus: Up to $5,000 (Must work at least 36 hours to qualify, 2k bonus will be offered for PT option)To provide the exceptional care our patients deserve, we rely on a team of passionate, dedicated professionals.
