Job Description:
DescriptionWe are seeking a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to work
at Entrada Contenta, CHRISTUS St. Vincent's south side health
center. This location offers Pediatrics, Family Medicine Laboratory
and an Urgent Care. The Urgent Care provider will care for patients
of all ages (including newborns) and follow established standards,
procedures and practices.Schedule: Entrada Contenta Urgent Care is
open 7 days a week Monday-Friday from 8-9pm and Saturday and Sunday
from 9-6pmStructure: There are two APC's working per day, caring
for 30-33 patients each. Entrada Contenta serves a wide patient
population with varying acuity.Preferred Procedures: Sutures,
abscesses, incision & drainage, splinting, lesions, I/D, and
trigger point injectionsCHRISTUS St. Vincent is a not-for-profit
integrated health system located in the beautiful mountain-west
city of Santa Fe, New Mexico which sees over 300 sunny days per
year, commute times under 15 minutes, and offers an abundance of
outdoor activities as well as a thriving cultural, art, and music
scene. Our 200 bed facility is a Level III trauma center, the only
trauma center in Northern New Mexico, and serves a seven county
area with over 300,000 residents.RequirementsExperience: 2+ years
of NP experince as an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
