Calling experienced APC's to join our Primary Care team, and deliver fulltime outpatient family medicine, in one of our five clinics. We are a mission-driven organization, focused on providing full-spectrum care for the underserved communities of northern New Mexico We are seeking an APC with a minimum 2+ years experience, to provide comprehensive care for patients. This FNP will follow established standards, procedures, practices and evaluate outcomes, consult with other specialists, order diagnostic and therapeutic services, provide preventative care to long-term patients, perform physical exams and prescribe medications as needed. Practice Highlights:

• Monday-Friday eight hour day work schedule, or four days per week, ten hour days
• Full-time, 34 patient facing hours of care and 6 hours of administrative time per week
• Family medicine provider call rotation, limited to telephone call only.
• Patient volume about 16+ patients per day
  
  Requirements
