• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and retention bonus
• 3 weeks of outpatient and 1 week consulting on the inpatient unit
• Monday through Friday, 40 hours
• Call is on night per week and 1:4 weekends
• Develop and document a plan of care for each patient
• Administrate appropriate treatment per patient
• Conduct consults in the surgery/ER unit
