- Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, typically 8a-5p
- System-wide Athena EMR
- Onsite care team includes Physicians, Nurse Practitioners,
Clinical Pharmacists, Behavior Health Clinicians, Case Managers, RN
Clinic Managers, RNs, Medical Assistants, and Diabetes

participate in a community-oriented care program providing general
medical care in the educative, preventative, curative, and
rehabilitative areas to patients of Southwest Care Center.Essential
Duties:1. PATIENT CARE: examination and diagnosis of patients;
carrying out or supervising medical treatment, therapy, and
follow-up; referral of patients for specialty consultations and
treatment; educating patients in a primary medical care;
documenting patient-doctor transactions for proper record keeping
and billing.2. LEADERSHIP OF CLINICAL STAFF: assisting in medical
information programs; participating in health education and
community outreach programs; participating in quality assurance
programs; providing for continuing education, on-the-job training;
orienting staff; supervising or guiding other provider staff as
assigned; enforcing rules and regulations3. ASSIST CHIEF MEDICAL
OFFICER: participating in the recruitment, retention, and
evaluation of medical staff; assisting with the planning,
budgeting, and evaluation of primary medical care and service
programs; providing input and recommendations regarding changes in
the program of services and new or proposed changes to existing
clinical policies and protocols4. MAINTAIN PROFESSIONAL AND
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: participating in continuing education or
