the Outpatient Clinic you'll assist the Nurse Manager in addressing
clinical issues with staff and providers and provide on site

includes medical assistants, nurses and physicians in the beautiful

Schedule Monday-Friday Qualifications
- New Mexico RN License -
- -Bachelor Degree preferred
- One to three years experience in
nursingResponsibilitiesPrepares work schedules, assigns personnel,
evaluates work performance and makes recommendations for personnel
actions. Adjusts staffing as needed. Organizes, directs, and
coordinates functions and activities in assigned areas.Maintains
established departmental policies and procedures, objectives,
quality assurance program, safety, environmental and infection
control standards. Maintains required records, and reports for CQI
purposes. Inspects areas daily for compliance with policies,
procedures, regulations, and standards and takes corrective action
when violations occur.Directs maintenance of patient care,
equipment, supplies and materials in a condition to promote
efficiency, health, comfort, and safety of patients and
staff.Assists provider with examinations, procedures and other
processes related to direct patient care, as needed. - Assists
providers and patients with families as needed in times of stress
or crisis.Ensures adequate stock of supplies and proper function of
