$30.25 - 44.34 / hour

The Centura Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Centura system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system. - -Enterprise Pool 1:

  • Base rate ($30.25-44.34/hr) + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials1 facility - preferred location/closest to homeAt least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area -Enterprise Pool 2:
    • Base rate ($30.25-44.34/hr) + $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentialsAssigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area -Enterprise Pool 3:
      • Base rate ($30.25-44.34/hr) + $9.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentialsMust be available to travel to all facilities. Dependent on assignment, travel may be eligible for mileage reimbursement and lodging.Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty areaPRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area -Unit Type/Specialty Areas:
        Critical CareSurgical ServicesMedical SurgicalProceduralWomen's ServicesEDBehavioral Health -Benefits:
        PRN: +15% PRN Differential - Not eligible for benefitsFull Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility

        What You Bring/Job Requirements:
        In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
        • RN License required; -Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact,
          • Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., drivers license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact. -Upon issuance of a new multistate license, -the former license is inactivated. - For more information visit -Colorado Board of Nursing - Compact Licensure
          • Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; -Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
          • BLS from the American Heart Association required
          • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty areaPhysical Requirements - -Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
