their outstanding team. This Medical Surgical department serves
patients who have specialized conditions including pneumonia,
stroke, heart care, and other critical care cases that have been
stabilized but need further assessment. This department is a
full-service department that works closely with the critical care,
rehab, cardiac department, and more. Med/Surg, like the ER
department, works together with the hospital's 340 physicians. This
Medical Surgical Department sees almost all of the emergent and
critical care cases that need further observation and surgical
prep. This Med Surg Department treats specialized cases and plays a
vital role in the patients care before and after discharge. The
Medical Surgical team is looking for a Med/Surg Registered Nurse
