Overview:Presbyterian Espanola Hospital is looking for a professional team player to join us! You'll join a supportive, proactive, and collaborative team in a beautiful northern New Mexico location- Espanola Valley. Just north of Santa Fe, it is nestled between the Jemez and Sangre de Cristo mountain ranges and the meeting points of three rivers, the Rio Grande, the Rio Chama and the Rio Santa Cruz.

Summary: As a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist at Presbyterian Espa--ola Hospital, you will perform all types of extracranial and peripheral vascular ultrasound procedures. No call is required for this position.

    Work Schedule: Days
    • Assesses the patient and correlates the clinical history with the test to be performed.
    • Consults supervisor when necessary to determine appropriate vascular lab procedure.
    • Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify and record appropriate anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic imagesQualifications:
      • High school/trade or vocational school in vascular ultrasound
      • Certification/registration by ARDMS (RVT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RVS) required. RVT registration strongly preferred
      • Minimum two years experience in vascular ultrasound procedures
      • Must hold and maintain current New Mexico State Licensure under the New Mexico Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy ProgramEducation: High School Diploma or GED
