Assures efficient utilization of OR, PACU and Pre OP resources by proactively managing the schedule in collaboration with anesthesiology and surgeons. The OR Manager oversees all staff in the OR, PACU, Pre OP, and Pain.Nurse managers are responsible for managing staff and financial resources; ensuring patient and empoyee satisfaction; maintaining a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors; ensuring standards and quality of care are maintained; and aligning the unit's goals with the hospital's strategic goals.Qualifications:BLS Required at Time of Hire.Education: Associate Degree in NursingExperience: Previous Nurse leadership experience in the Operating Room is preferredBenefits:Learn more about our employee benefits.About Presbyterian Healthcare ServicesPresbyterian exists to improve the health of patients, members and the communities we serve.
