All U.S. StatesThe Practitioner Management Coordinator is
responsible for obtaining and processing related documents to
ensure credentialing, licensing, provider enrollment, and
(re)appointment activities for CareMore/Aspire employed
practitioners are completed in accordance with established
protocols and departmental policies and procedures.**Primary duties
may include, but are not limited to:**+ Manages the completion and
submission of CMS Medicare, State Medicaid and any other
third-party payer applications+ Coordinates and maintains a
tracking database for provider contracts, re-validation,
re-credentialing, and enrollment applications as well as
correspondence+ Interacts externally with various federal and state
agencies, government payers, and managed care organizations+
Performs tracking and follow-up to ensure provider numbers are
established and linked to the appropriate client group entity and
proper software systems+ Maintains documentation and reporting
regarding payer enrollments in process+ Communicates with
associates, facilities, and other entities to resolve issues+
Tracks and processes license renewals, including address changes,
status changes, and name changes+ Research new application
requirements, processes documents, manages timelines, and generates
status reports**Minimum Requirements:**+ Requires a high school
diploma and a minimum of 3 years of experience in credentialing or
provider/practice management or related field; or any combination
of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent
background+ Detail oriented with strong organizational skills+
Customer service experience required+ Prior experience in the
health care or managed care industry is desirable+ Knowledge of the
Medicaid and Medicare programs+ Ability to work independently and
with highly confidential information+ Familiarity with government
regulations and legal research+ Knowledge of Word, Excel and Adobe
PDF**Preferred Qualifications:**+ AA degree strongly preferred.+
Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS).?***For
candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations,
the salary* range for this specific position is $17.62 to
$31.70****Locations: California, Colorado, Washington, Nevada,
Jersey City, NJ; New York City, NY; Ithaca, NY and Westchester
