( are the driving force behind our company.Start your career with Ryder today!Job DescriptionSummaryThe Program Manager, Customer Implementations at Ryder is a proven leader that plays a critical role in driving effective and efficient roll out of our Ryder OpsBox software product to new and existing Ryder customers. This position will have a major impact on Ryders business by enabling peak performance in operational excellence. In this role, you will lead a highly skilled team of business analysts responsible for ensuring a successful, on-time, and high-quality implementations. As Implementation manager, you will successfully manage a wide array of Stakeholders in Operations, Continuous Improvement, IT, Analytics, and Product Development at all levels of the organization. You will empower your team to drive implementations to completion and manage streamlined communication and escalation processes that ensure the team meets their goals.Additionally, the Implementation Manager will be able to leverage their portfolio/program/project management skills to effectively help the team meet aggressive implementation timelines, balance critical resources, and effectively report out progress, issues, and timelines to critical stakeholders. General knowledge of technology, data, databases, and analytics in an operations environment and experience working in distribution, logistics, and/or manufacturing is considered a plus.Essential Functions

  • Supports business start-ups for medium to large sized programs
  • Manages assigned projects using program management methodologies and techniques in accordance with established standards
  • Interacts with customers and internal functional support teams to ensure results are achieved
  • Develops implementation strategy to meet customer expectations
  • Develops and manages plans to include scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications and risks
  • Coordinates the identification of certification to begin live operations criteria
  • Monitors post implementation customer expectations and standards
  • Interacts with multiple levels including Sr. Management within Ryder and client organizations
  • Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factorsAdditional Responsibilities
