Description:The Manager of Marketing Shared Services in North
America is responsible for developing and leading regional demand
creation center of excellence. Arrow's shared services act as the
execution backbone of marketing infrastructure and functions in
North America including campaign execution and management, market
intelligence, data analytics, channel enablement and all marketing
channels such as email, website, social, digital media, events,
creative, editing and design services. This group executes 100+
brand awareness, demand gen, customer acquisition and enablement
campaigns in a year and this leader must have past experience
successfully managing a fast-paced and high-volume marketing
services or demand center operations. This role reports into North
America marketing leader.What You'll Be Doing:Leadership:Provide
leadership to a group of 10-12 marketers and liaise with brand
marketing and supplier marketing leadership (where campaigns
originate) in North America to establish the direction and
priorities for Shared Services, to scope the campaign requirements,
budget, capacity plans, resource needs and delivery
timeframesEvolve existing market intelligence and analytics
function to become the origin of all new campaign ideas across the
organization. Establish the group as a powerhouse of data analytics
and intelligence across Arrow as well as its customers and
suppliersOversee marketing channel teams (analytics, events, email,
web, social, digital marketing, creative, editing & design) as the
organization looks to more strongly align previously isolated
marketing execution related functionsOperational
Excellence:Optimize and standardize campaign execution and demand
creation approaches across the organization by creating a model to
track program success and drive continuous improvementCollaborate
with and support marketing strategists in their efforts to generate
new leads and move existing pipeline toward better
qualificationManage internal marketing campaign managers, creative
talent and external vendors/marketing agencies and budget to
accomplish defined goalsPartner with marketing effectiveness and
digital experience teams to effectively manage the marketing
automation platform, and ensure defined processes are followed by
all internal as well as external resources (agencies) and everyone
uses the approved platforms including the existing sales processes
and the organization's sales force automation platform to track the
outcome of the campaignsWork with the business, sales and other
marketing teams to extend the reach of marketing automation impact
(e.g. pipeline acceleration, lead nurturing, customer
retention)Assume responsibility for highly repeatable
demand-related tasks used by all geographies within North America
(e.g. telemarketing, translation, data analysis, data analytics,
market intelligence)Best practices:Drive continuous performance
improvement through the identification, documentation and
implementation of demand creation best practices, effective
strategies and channel mixEstablish a culture of continuous
learning and improvement across all marketers in North America by
leading best practices and marketing trends learning program for
own team as well as marketing strategistsEstablish standard
processes and tools for tele-qualification and tele-prospecting;
oversee the management of a tele-qualification agencies in North
AmericaWhat We Are Looking For:6 or more years of experience
developing and executing strategic demand generation and nurture
programs in a B2B environment preferably in technology
marketExperience working for an agencyMinimum of 2 years management
experience, preferably within an agency settingHas worked
with/implemented a B2B organization's demand waterfall reporting
modelPrevious project management at either a marketing agency or
within an internal shared service or demand center functionExpert
in digital marketing strategies and best practices as well as very
solid experience with effectively using traditional marketing
tactics and channels for best outcomeMust have metrics and
outcome-driven mindset and excellent operational expertise managing
high volume of activities and campaigns by ensuring effective
capacity and resource planningMust have previously
selected/overseen creative and demand creation agenciesMulti-touch,
multi-dimensional marketing program design, creation and
implementation experience including superlative knowledge of
marketing and sales automation platform mechanics, campaign testing
strategies and preferably demand waterfall processes and metrics
(e.g. lead scoring, service-level agreements, lead
sourced/influenced ratios)Agency landscape/best practices, deep
knowledge of marketing channels effectiveness & mixSuperior Project
management skills along with strong written/oral communications and
budget allocation and management principlesCreativeExperience with
