Job Description:

individual granted a clearance is briefed and currently occupies a
position for which the clearance is required. Leidos is seeking a
Senior Program Analyst / Technical Support to support the National
Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Defense Programs.
This position supports the Federal Program Managers responsible for
nuclear weapons production integration, stockpile sustainment, and
modernization programs across the Nuclear Security Enterprise. The
selected candidate will operate with limited oversight to support
one or more mission areas, including: NA-121 – Stockpile Production
Integration (production strategy, execution, and capacity
alignment) NA-122 – Stockpile Sustainment (lifecycle management,
reliability, and stockpile health) NA-125 – Office of Stockpile
Modernization (program execution, integration, and
development-to-production transition) This role requires the
ability to evaluate program performance, identify integration and
execution risks, and develop actionable recommendations across
complex, multi-organizational programs. The selected candidate will
synthesize technical and programmatic data across laboratories,
production agencies, and DoD stakeholders, translating execution
status, lifecycle considerations, and risks into decision-quality
insights for Federal leadership. You will engage regularly with
NNSA headquarters staff, site offices, national laboratories,
production agencies, systems engineering teams, and DoD
stakeholders to support program coordination, reporting, and
execution alignment. This is a full-time contractor-support
position located on-site at NNSA offices in Albuquerque, NM.
Primary Responsibilities: Provide analytical and technical advisory
support to Federal Program Managers across production, sustainment,
and modernization portfolios. Evaluate program performance,
production throughput, lifecycle trends, and integration risks
across the Nuclear Security Enterprise. Lead coordination among
NNSA headquarters, national laboratories, production agencies,
systems engineering teams, and DoD stakeholders to resolve program
challenges. Develop executive-level briefings, reports, and
decision materials on program performance, risks, and execution
status. Provide analysis and recommendations regarding
cross-program impacts, dependencies, and execution risks. Lead or
support responses to data calls, Congressional inquiries, and
senior leadership requests. Support DOE product realization
processes, including production integration, sustainment
activities, and modernization execution. Identify emerging
technical, policy, or programmatic risks and recommend mitigation
strategies. Oversee tracking of action items and deliverables to
ensure alignment with program objectives and schedules. Support
development of program strategies, lifecycle plans, integration
approaches, and reporting for senior leadership. Requirements:
Active DOE Q clearance. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science,
Program Management, Business, or related discipline with 12 years
of experience or Master’s degree with 10 years of experience.
Experience supporting DOE/NNSA, DoD, national laboratories, nuclear
production environments, or comparable federal programs. Experience
supporting nuclear weapons production, sustainment, modernization,
or related defense acquisition efforts. Understanding of Nuclear
Security Enterprise roles and responsibilities, including design
and production agency interfaces. Experience briefing or supporting
briefings for federal officials or military leadership. Strong
analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency
in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams. Ability to operate
independently and manage competing priorities in a high-visibility

Range: Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00 The Leidos pay range for
this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of

well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable
