Job Description:

individual granted a clearance is briefed and currently occupies a
position for which the clearance is required. Leidos is seeking a
Lead Program Analyst / Technical Support to support the National
Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Office of Defense Programs.
This position supports the Federal Program Managers responsible for
nuclear weapons production integration, stockpile sustainment, and
modernization programs across the Nuclear Security Enterprise. The
selected candidate will serve as a senior advisor, supporting one
or more mission areas, including: NA-121 – Stockpile Production
Integration (production strategy, capacity, and enterprise
execution) NA-122 – Stockpile Sustainment (lifecycle strategy,
reliability, and stockpile health) NA-125 – Office of Stockpile
Modernization (program execution, integration, and delivery across
development and production) This role requires the ability to
integrate complex technical and programmatic data across multiple
sites, programs, and organizations, shape strategy, and influence
decision-making at the federal leadership level. The selected
candidate will provide enterprise-level analytical insight into
program performance, risks, and cross-program dependencies,
supporting execution across the Nuclear Security Enterprise. You
will engage regularly with NNSA headquarters staff, site offices,
national laboratories, production agencies, systems engineering
teams, and senior DoD stakeholders to support high-visibility
program execution and coordination. This is a full-time
contractor-support position located on-site at NNSA offices in
Albuquerque, NM. Primary Responsibilities: Lead enterprise-level
analysis supporting production, sustainment, and modernization
strategy and execution. Advise Federal Program Managers on program
risks, technical maturity, lifecycle performance, and cross-program
dependencies. Evaluate impacts of technical, programmatic, and
policy decisions on program execution and mission delivery.
Identify and resolve cross-program dependencies and systemic risks
affecting development, production, sustainment, and delivery. Drive
coordination across NNSA headquarters, laboratories, production
agencies, systems engineering teams, and DoD stakeholders to
resolve complex issues. Develop executive-level briefings and
decision-support materials for senior federal leadership. Lead
responses to complex data calls, Congressional inquiries, and
senior leadership requests. Oversee tracking of key actions,
deliverables, and performance trends across assigned portfolios.
Identify systemic risks and recommend mitigation strategies across
production, sustainment, and modernization programs. Support
high-visibility program reviews, portfolio assessments, and
strategic planning activities across Defense Programs.
Requirements: Active DOE Q clearance. Master’s degree in
Engineering, Science, Program Management, Business, or related
discipline with 15 years of experience or Doctorate with 13 years
of experience. Experience supporting DOE/NNSA, DoD, national
laboratories, nuclear production environments, or comparable
federal programs. Experience supporting nuclear weapons production,
sustainment, modernization, or related defense acquisition efforts.
Understanding of Nuclear Security Enterprise roles and
responsibilities, including design and production agency
interfaces. Experience briefing or supporting briefings for senior
federal officials or military leadership. Strong analytical,
organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams. Ability to operate
independently at a senior level and influence decision-making in a

above. Pay Range: Pay Range $139,100.00 - $251,450.00 The Leidos
pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a
