engineering analyses supporting program execution across

execution of program deliverables, milestones, and schedules across
laboratories and production agencies. Track Defense Programs, DoD,

and leadership inquiries related to program status and risks.
Coordinate communication across NNSA headquarters, national
laboratories, production agencies, and DoD stakeholders to resolve
program challenges. Develop program plans, executive briefings,
reports, and issue papers outlining technical progress, risks, and
mission impact. Track and facilitate action items and deliverables
to ensure timely execution of program activities. Evaluate
performance relative to technical objectives, schedule milestones,
and quality requirements, and provide recommendations to Federal
leadership. Support DOE product realization processes, program
reviews, and interagency coordination activities across assigned
mission areas. Support recurring reporting requirements, including
portfolio assessments and senior-level reviews. Requirements:

STEM field with 8 years of experience or Master’s degree with 6
years of experience. Experience supporting engineering, research,
development, production, sustainment, or modernization programs
within DOE/NNSA, DoD, national laboratories, or production
agencies. Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to inform
technical or programmatic decisions. Understanding of Nuclear
Security Enterprise roles and responsibilities, including design
and production agency interfaces. Experience working within
federal, defense, national laboratory, or similarly complex
technical environments. Strong organizational skills with high
attention to accuracy and detail. Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a dynamic, high-visibility environment with
competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams. Strong written and verbal
communication skills, including experience preparing materials for
