Job Description Job Description Sr Electrical Engineer, Data Center (Hybrid) Sr level Electrical Engineer Location San Jose, CA (Hybrid, 3x a week on-site) We have several roles open all different levels of experience Pay: 100k-185k base (we're hiring for all levels of experience) Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Electrical Engineer to lead and execute electrical engineering projects, particularly in the data center sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing electrical systems and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of electrical systems for data centers Conduct load calculations and power supply system analysis Utilize BIM tools such as Revit and BIM 360 for electrical layout and design Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met Develop and maintain project documentation using Bluebeam Ensure compliance with LEED and sustainability standards Perform high voltage system design and analysis Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on data centers (bonus, not required) Proficient in electrical design software such as Revit, SKM, and BIM 360 Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) would be a big bonus Strong understanding of high voltage systems and power supply design PE Cert would be a bonus but not required LEED certification is a plus Excellent communication and teamwork skills Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Hybrid work schedule 3x a week on-site with commuter benefits Disability insurance - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
