Job Description:
Full-time, Term - NTE 10 years, GS-12 PositionOpen to the first
30 applicants or until 06/05/2022 whichever comes first. All

receive consideration.This is a term position (more than 1 year)
with an initial appointment expecting to last at least 13 months
but may be extended up to a total of ten years, or more based on
any changes to regulations governing the number of years term
appointments may last, without further competition. Term positions
do not convey permanent status in the Federal service.Job Duties:
Provide and/or manage project scoping, design phases, value
analysis, technical assistance, and administration for a broad
range of facility projects and related maintenance operations. Work
includes multiple simultaneous projects, ranging from small,
single-discipline to large multi-disciplinary design and
construction projects involving both single and multiple-year
phasing.Responsibilities:This position provides and/or manages
project scoping, data and asset management, design phases
(pre-design, schematic design, design development, construction
documents), value analysis, technical assistance and administration
for a broad range of facility projects and related maintenance
operations, including construction, rehabilitation, renovation and
re-purposing. Ensures projects meet code, budget, and schedule
requirements.Project work may include, but is not limited to, the
following type of structures or facilities: campsites, visitor
centers, lodging, employee housing, potable water system,
wastewater systems, communication systems, roads, bridges, trails,
parking, bus facilities, transportation systems, and administrative
structures. Work includes multiple simultaneous projects, ranging
from small, single-discipline to large multi-disciplinary design
and construction projects involving both single and multiple-year
phasing, potentially funded from multiple funding
sources.Specialized Experience (refer to USAJobs announcement for
additional details):Specialized experience includes the development
of electrical engineering project construction drawings, technical
specifications, and cost estimates; project management of multiple
concurrent projects; knowledge of project management principles and
concepts; application of professional engineering principles,
practices, procedures of project development; managing contractors
or other project team members and providing operational leadership
principles and risk management regarding work safety projects as
substantiated by my resume/application.Condition of Employment: You
must possess and maintain a professional engineering license.
