provider, is seeking a motivated Entry Level Customer Service
Representative to join our vibrant team in Boston, MA. This role is

support, helping customers navigate their accounts, understand our
services, and resolve their queries with efficiency and

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with speed and
professionalism. Provide detailed information regarding Fidelity's
products and services to clients. Assist customers in account
setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Support client retention
and acquisition through excellent service. Collaborate with team
members to meet or exceed customer service standards and goals. Use
CRM systems to document customer interactions and issues. Strong
verbal and written communication skills. Ability to rapidly learn
and adapt to new financial products and technologies. Proficient in
using Microsoft Office and CRM software. Excellent problem-solving
skills with attention to detail. 401k Certification in Customer
Service (e.g., CSIA Certified Customer Service Professional) is an
advantage.
