Job Description Job Description Overview: We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at two of our clients properties. One is San Jose and the other in Santa Clara. This role oversees the maintenance team, ensures timely repairs and unit turns, and keeps the property safe, compliant, and running smoothly. Responsibilities: Lead and support the maintenance team Manage work orders, make-readies, and preventive maintenance Perform and oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general repairs Coordinate vendors and control maintenance costs Conduct property inspections and ensure safety/compliance Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation Qualifications: 3 years apartment or multifamily maintenance experience Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred HVAC certification (EPA) required or preferred Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and customer service skills Valid driver’s license Company Description In partnership with our nationwide client base, we provide opportunities that are full-time, temporary, and temporary-to-hire.
