Job Description:
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day facilities operations
across multiple portfolios. This role will be 100% remote and will
need to work MST hours. In this role, you will coordinate a small
team of multi-skilled operatives, manage vendor relationships,
assist with financial processes, and ensure the smooth operation of
all building services. This position requires strong organizational
skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to build strong
partnerships with clients, landlords, and service providers.
Provide daily support to and coordinate a small team of
multi-skilled operatives Serve as the main point of contact for
stakeholders, landlords, managing agents, and facilities vendors
Assist in the procurement and management of contractors and
vendors, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards
Support financial processes including purchase order management,
monthly accruals, and financial tracking Conduct regular site
inspections, safety checks, and facility audits to ensure a safe,
compliant, and well-maintained environment Assist in implementing
property risk management programs and best practices Maintain the
facility to a high standard at all times Support the implementation
of disaster recovery and business continuity plans Follow
escalation and incident reporting procedures Support the
preparation of management reports and assist with project
coordination Monitor and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met Required
Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field
preferred 2 years of experience in facilities, property management,
or related field Strong communication skills-both written and
verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Clean driving record
