Job Description: Office Coordinator Specializes in AP and
Commission Processing The Office Coordinator is responsible for
providing administrative and AP support. Coordinate, prepare and
mange pending and orders to pay to title companies for all company
closings. Review commission checks for accuracy and prepare closed
packages for corporate office. Collect and track agent payments on
invoices, prepare credit memos. Prepare agent charges for month end
invoicing submitted. Process AP for the offices; create check
requests. Enters all under contracts into company database. Create
Orders to Pay for all closings and send them to the title
companies. Receive commission checks as they come in, scans the
deals into Transaction Manager and closed them in Trident (scanning
all incoming checks). Also backs up phones at the front desk.
Requirements: The ideal candidate must have related office
administrative preferably in a real estate office handling AP and
commission administration Strong customer service skills with
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to
interact successfully with both internal and external customers at
all levels. Two or more years' experience in a customer-centric
business environment with administrative responsibility for office
operations LI-AT1
