In this vital role, you'll ensure accurate claim submissions, support cash flow operations, and contribute to the financial integrity of a growing healthcare network. Key Responsibilities Process, verify, and submit healthcare claims accurately and on schedule Monitor payments from payers and follow up on unpaid invoices Complete pre-bill audits and ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and other payer guidelines Respond to billing inquiries from patients, staff, and insurance companies with professionalism and clarity Maintain accurate AR (accounts receivable) records and provide cash flow updates to leadership Assist with monthly reporting and revenue cycle improvement initiatives Participate in ongoing staff training, department meetings, and compliance reviews Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and company privacy standards Requirements: What We’re Looking For 2 years of home health billing or reimbursement experience required Familiarity with third-party payer systems, medical coding, and claims processing Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in business software, spreadsheets, and billing platforms Excellent communication skills for interfacing with both internal teams and external partners A team mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Why Join Us CareM Support Services is part of a bold, values-driven healthcare organization serving patients across home health, hospice, and personal care.
