Job Description Job Description TEKsystems is seeking qualified
candidates for a FULL-TIME Bank Teller/Greeter position with a
military affiliated Fortune 100 Credit Union in the Albuquerque,
New Mexico 87110 area! Job Description: To provide members and
prospective members the full range of products and services the
client offers, including depository accounts such as checking,
savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts;
Lending products; and credit/debit cards. To perform moderately
complex platform banking functions under supervision.
Assist/training to lower-level team members. Experience - 1-3 years
of relevant cash handling experience; banking is preferred but not
required - Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the
phone, and via email - Good communication skills - de-escalation,
remaining calm under pressure, listening - Experience providing
face to face customer service - Dependibility and puntuality is
VERY important for this high-volume branch Responsibilities -
Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related
to member accounts/loans - Assist members with submitting
consumer/mortgage/equity loans, overdraft protection,n and credit
card applications - Counsel current and prospective members about
company products and services - Ensure cash and other negotiable
instruments are handled properly - Identify opportunities to
cross-service products and increase product penetration - Perform
platform banking functions - Assist level I team members -
Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating
to financial products and services - May assist with Branch Office
vault opening, closing, and balancing procedures - May serve as a
Branch Office and/or ATM vault custodian - Perform other duties as
assigned Hours: full-time 40hr work week - MUST be available for
shift to fluctuate between the hours of 8:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
and Saturday from 8:30am-2:00pm. Could be expected to work 2-4
saturdays a month depending on business need. When scheduled short
shift on saturday, you will have time off throughout the week to
balance your 40hrs - Schedule provided 2 weeks in advance. If

$17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits
