  • A Tax Expert with a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
  • An active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
  • A passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and a commitment to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
  • Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.What You Need:
    • A dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
    • A willingness and availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.How You'll Make a DifferenceWhat You'll Do:
      • Help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
      • Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
