DescriptionWe are on the look out for a talented Full Charge Bookkeeper for our client. Experience managing payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, and full cycle A/P, will be crucial to this Full Charge Bookkeeper role. The clerical staff will be managed by the Full Charge Bookkeeper. This Bookkeeper role is a great opportunity if you are a self-driven and organized accounting professional who thrives under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. This permanent employment opportunity is based in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area.ResponsibilitiesComplete Accounts PayableArrange monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documentsProduce cash flow projections, as neededGenerate cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.List budget transfersSummarize business license and gross receiptsAdditional special projects if necessaryOperate monthly accounting closeCompetent in credit card management and reconciliationArrange sales tax records and create and file quarterly paymentsManage Accounts ReceivableContact Rachel Perez at 505-295-4519Requirements-High School diplomaAbility to meet deadlinesQuality experience with Gross ReceiptsFoundational knowledge in Accounts Receivable (AR)Proven knowledge of Prepare InvoicesAccounts Payable (AP) experienceEarlier work involving Job CostFull charge bookkeeping experienceWeekly Payroll experience highly desiredWide ranging experience with general ledgerPractical knowledge of Monthly Financial StatementsWell-founded grasp of Reconcile Bank StatementsComprehensive knowledge of full charge bookkeepingComprehension of Sage 100 is ideal but not requiredDynamic accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferredSelf-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems5+ years of related experience- Excellent attention to detailRobert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
