We're growing and looking for a dynamic, self-motivated In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be selling indoor comfort solutions to residential and commercial clients. This role focuses on relationship building and offering the best solutions for our customer's heating and cooling needs. We will provide the training and support needed to thrive in the industry. You'll be able to earn great pay and benefits while working in a friendly environment! Primary Job Function: To meet with customers in their homes or businesses and educate them on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment. You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs. This position requires a consultative sales approach and a desire to help the customer fix their home comfort problems. Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
